What DNA Testing Means to Commercial Cattlemen and the Advantages of Forage Developed Bulls

Chappell Hill, Texas: Oak Creek Farms, Chappell Hill, Texas, is hosting an informative workshop at the ranch the evening before their October 27, 2007 annual sale. The pre-sale seminar will begin at 5:30 p.m. on Friday, October 26.

"We have been DNA testing our bulls and females for three years and using the data to enhance our selection decisions," say John and Carolyn Kopycinski, Oak Creek Farm owners. "We want to help our customers learn what it can do for them. We also believe very strongly in our forage based bull development program and are eager to share our enthusiasm with our customers and guests."
