Ultrasounding 20 OCF Phenom daughters and 10 OCF Angus heifers resulted in a Phenom Brangus daughter having a marbling score of 5.61 topping both groups.  The highest marbling Angus heifer was 5.59.  The previous year a Phenom son also posted the highest marbling score (4.61) of 17 Brangus Bulls and 20 Angus Bulls.  The highest Angus bull posted a score of 4.32.  Phenom has the genetic input of his grandsire the great Scotch Cap Angus Bull.
